International Organization for Standardization, ISO 9001
The ISO program is an international standard for the overall quality of business processes, and the adoption of ISO 9001 is designed to ensure that a company lays the foundation for its business operations in a manner that guides the company to the highest level of skill. Its structure covers the entire process of delivering a product or service: procurement of raw materials and components, contract review, quality control, product inspection, design, development, shipment, delivery, employee training, and customer service and support. Design for mass production
To ensure the reliability and compatibility of the 100%, ICP DAS LCD screens are specially designed to meet the specific needs of the system or category of systems in which the module is installed. ICP DAS engineers tested the LCD panel on a system motherboard installed with the most commonly used digital product motherboard programs and microcontrollers in the system. Since the performance of LCD screens varies slightly from brand to brand, ICP DAS's design standards require in-system qualification of each new module design.
Raw material selection
ICP DAS has a preemptive supplier quality program to validate and monitor backlight, chip, board (FPC) and SMD passive components. ICP DAS has established stringent control requirements covering everything from component lot acceptance to compliance testing.
COG/FOG Manufacturing
In order to minimize the shipping work and reduce the chance of chip damage, all TFT LCD display chips are sent directly from the Taiwan manufacturer to ICP DAS assembly plant. Many procedures are taken throughout the assembly process to avoid the possibility of static electricity, which is the main cause of TFT LCD failure.

ICP DAS utilizes a multi-layer test system to ensure quality control throughout the manufacturing process. In addition to rigorous testing of ICs and other components, all new module designs are subjected to microscope quality testing, platform balancing, FPC pull testing, particle burst testing, and system-specific long-term reliability testing. In addition, ICP DAS also insists on implementing the long-standing 100% comprehensive production test behavior for all finished products.
